Co-Owner, President of Toma Title Group, Inc., and practicing attorney. Formerly a partner in the Miami offices of two major law firms, focusing on transactional real estate. Substantial experience includes representation of major public corporations, closely held companies, partnerships, and individuals, developers, institutional lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers in a wide range commercial and residential real estate, business organization, and corporate matters.   Have been directly involved in all legal aspects of contract negotiations, conducting due diligence, and financing for acquisitions of diverse types of commercial properties.  Have obtained land use approvals including Development of Regional Impact Unit Development Zoning agreements for shopping center, golf course, marina and oceanfront uses, and have done zoning, platting and environmental work on large tracts of land. Frequently structures, negotiates and documents an array of commercial real estate loans, and have searched, examined, and insured thousands of real estate titles for several title insurers.  A self-motivated hard worker, loyal, efficient, who exercises good judgment, fosters good client relations and can work under pressure, with demonstrated profitability.
